Retune promotes self-care by offering creative tools that improve and maintain mental wellbeing. One of our aims is to prevent poor mental health. However, there are certain situations that require more immediate, professional, medical assistance. This is why we have partnered with some outstanding organisations.

Listed below are four ways to find support right away:

Visit your GP

Your GP should be the first port of call if you are concerned about your wellbeing. Many surgeries have GPs that specialise in mental health, so it is advisable to request them when booking an appointment. Your GP is in a great position to assess and advise next steps, and a face-to-face meeting is particularly effective.

Hub of Hope

Brought to you by the fantastic Chasing The Stigma, the Hub of Hope enables you to find professional help close to you. Download the app, pop in your postcode and find out about local organisations, wherever you are in the UK.

Shout

If you feel more comfortable sending a text, just text the word Shout to 85258 for 24/7, free-of-charge support no matter what UK network you are on. Shout's crisis line handles thousands of conversations each day and its volunteers are expertly trained.

Samaritans

If you'd like to talk in confidence to someone impartial, call Samaritans on 116 123 at any time. This service has been supporting those in need for close to 70 years, and the team is ready to help you too.
